Uber India — uber eats order cancelled but money are deducted from paytm

I have ordered food from uber eats on 12 August, at first i tried paying from paytm but it have shown some login issue so i changed payment method into Cash On Delivery, even after that money is deducted from my paytm account, as well my food order also got cancelled. So neither i received food and my Money is also deducted from paytm after complaining about it to uber helpline rather than processing refund they are arguing about delivery partner. Saying he tried reaching you bt u wr nt available. I want to know about my refund but they are not helping at all with that.
