Hi all,
On 17th august i booked a ride and payed the amount in cash (198). However when i am trying to book for another ride a pop up comes asking me to pay the pending amount (I. E my previous ride's fare of 198 which i have already paid.
When i raised a concern in the app, every time they send a automated mail without even trying to understand the exact reason. They mention that my mode of payment was selected as card. For a second lets think we have chosen payment through card, so in that case amount would have been deducted automatically. I believe there is a glitch in that app.
If we go through online forums we have seen many incidents of this sort, it is highly disappointing and imagine how much money have they looted.
Request you to kindly look into it.
