[Resolved]  Uber India — # uber - overcharged for 'wait time' due to drivers mistake.

I booked uber cab on sept-10-2017 night at secunderabad railway station at around 10.55 pm, driver arrived by around 11:05 pm but he has choose 'car parking' side rather than coming directly for pick up. I have seen 'n' no of cabs came directly for pickup's rather than going to 'car parking' side, i donno what make driver to choose car parking side.
Or atleast he could stay out side the station and can call us so that alot of time was saved,

Coming to problem, driver said there was a huge jam in car parking eventually make my family and me to wait for along time at that late night, later he asked us to pay that car parking amount when i refused to do so driver clashed with parking guys regarding that payment - this all make us to feel soo bad..
Later in the bill i was charged for that waiting period as well - time for which cab got strucked at 'car parking', when i made query about this to uber through their app from that respective bill, there is no prompt response - they are just sharing general messages,
If this could be the way uber is treating their customer they its time to bid to #uber
Because it is stealing our time, money, mental peace above all their is no prompt acknowledgement from them.
Here i would like to highlight my problem and make respective officials/authorities to take necessary steps atleast not to happen such events in future for others.
