I was travelled from ECIL to begum bazar in Hyderabad on[protected] around 4pm.The charge showed in app was RS 459/- but driver charged 1319 /- and there was no reason of collecting this charge.While I supposed to speak with uber customer care I was unable to contact them.I was in urgency but due to this i was unable to get off from the cab.I argued with driver and I felt very ashemed with the act performed by the driver.please help me on this.I'm expecting huge penality from uber.Please understand my pain and do me needful.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My trip dated 11/5/2019 at 1.05 pm . And my driver name is govind.
I had extra charges for waiting period. Though he was not come to my location. He rated him self from my phone. And he dont have change of 5 to 10 rs also.
And he is continuing argueing with me.
