Uber India — uberpool route causing too much delay

Hello uber manager,
This is to inform you that uber is not picking up the right route for the riders for uber pool. Today i was about to reach my destination after travelling all the way from andheri e to eastern express highway within 15 to 20 mins. But the driver was asked to pickup the next pool passenger from the location datar colony somewhere interior of kanjurmarg village. We had already passed the signal on highway so had to take a long u turn and go back to kanjurmarg and then to the interior for the next pickup. Then finally on the way back to our location. Which all together caused delay of half an hour or more to me due to which i was late in office for a meeting preparation.

Please see to it that uber pool drivers are not assigned calls which are out of the way of the present uber rider inside the cab since we are paying enough amount as per your demand shown in app.

Kindly resolve my open complaints regarding upfront fare dated 17th May

My upfront fare was not honoured on two occasions and customer service has been unwilling to resolve the same.
