I had a ride on jan 29th, 2019. Issue was explained to uber india. Uber india customer service is not addressing the issue. I asked for a refund. They haven't refunded the amount yet. They are not transparent in their communication with me. They don't have a customer support contact number. They don't escalate the issue. They don't share their ceo's e-mail address with the customer. ADVERTISEMENT
