I have a phone only account with the number [protected]. The app does not let me in as it asks for some email and password.
I never used an email with that account and your staff members have been asking for government proofs to substantiate my identity.
When these things were not needed initially, why are they needed now?
The uber customer service keeps on repeating the same thing and there has been no resolution to my inquiry.
