I took a trip on 22 march 2018. I requested a cab and the app showed that he was close to me. I tried to call him and when i dialled, he did not pick up my call.
I was waiting for him for atleast 10 mins and suddenly my app said that he has cancelled the trip. He was not even near my house and i was charged a cancellation fee.
Uber needs to refund me my cancellation charge. They have charged me illegally, the driver needs to pay this charge.
