Uber India — Unknown charge was deducted from my paytm wallet | |||
On feb 17 2017 I was booked the ride and some how it was cancelled.Even i did not take that ride but the amount was deducted from paytm. I contacted the same with payytm, They replied we paid money to uber pls contact uber support people.So i tried with uber help section, in that i did not find any need full information.i have seen unknown charge but it is asking about credit/debit card details so I could not able to submit the complaint. Again uber has barred by account without any confirmation. we don't know as to why they have deactivated and we miss out my due to this issue . Will request you to provide the mail id of Amit Jain and also provide the SLA for account deactivation
