Uber India — unknown charges multiple times

This is a regret addressal message to inform you about some harassment that my mother has been experiencing since last few days. First of all i would state all the account detail below:

For some reasons uber charged my mother a particular amount as a fine and locked her account until the payment was done. She made her payment from paytm using a debit card and account got unlocked. Further she was being charged a cancellation fees of 74rs every single ride even after paying the amount for few times.in-fact few times she didn't even cancel the ride where as the driver himself cancelled but uber didn't credit any amount for this in my mother's account. Last sunday i travelled with her in a pool where we payed 59 (Uber amount) + 80 (Fine) a total of 140 rs but the very next day she was again charged an 80 rs as a cancellation fine. Please look into this matter, as i am really hopeful that you guys will definitely investigate and solve this for my mother who is a regular customer of yours.
