Uber India — unprofessional driver did not, reach my location cancelled the trip and i was charged the amount. | |||
Hi, The driver did not come to pick me up on the selected pick up location i. E. “khalilullah masjid”. I asked him to come to that location but he was constantly denying and was saying that you will have to come on the cab’s location i. E. “aggarwal sweets”. Upon denying this, the driver moved the cab and i got a note which said that i was charged some money. This was a very unprofessional behaviour of this driver and i want uber to take strict actions against such drivers. This was my first corporate ride and he gave me such an unpleasant experience. Also, i would like a refund of this apparent cancellation charge from uber. Details of the ride: I said, "you were charged for missing your uberpool ride.
