Uber India — Unreasonable pricing

I have been a regular user o[censored]BER services in Bangalore and been recommending people who cant drive up to use the same. Offlate, I am very disappointed with their pricing. I have to spend 190 rupees to UberPool for 17Km. Why is it so high? I also see good concentration of vehicles when I am booking. Are they misusing our situation as an opportunity to loot us.. where is all the cost advantage they gave us over autos.. !

Yesterday I called uber ride for Mumbai but driver did not come, was in traffic.. Again I called, he could not reach. Then again called nd finally came.

He charged 450 rs. Nd supposed to return 120 rs. He did nt return nd went suddenly.

I want my money back
