Uber India — Unwarranted suspension of account | |||||
I was overcharged for a trip that showed 223 rupees but on arriving i was charged 1414 rupees. After complaining for many days they finally gave me the money back in form o[censored]ber credits and not cash through which i had paid. Well, i accepted it and then a friend asked me to book them a ride but it was deducting the fare from my credits but he had to pay through cash so i logged out and used a different account to try to book a ride. It failed and i tried to log back in and book the ride anyway. But it still didn’t work. After contacting them i found out that they suspended my account with almost 800 rupees stuck there for using multiple accounts. Now, if that was not allowed then they shouldn’t have made it possible to create more than one account per device but they chose to suspend the account since i had money stuck there. I would like for them to either lift the suspension or refund the credits to the linked paytm account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
