Had a very bad experience today with this Uber Cab booking.
I booked a CAB in the early morning for train station. Driver picked up the call and while saying that I want to go the Howrah station he started saying he is leaving for home and cannot go. It was early morning, travellers were three old senior citizens.
After that he was not even cancelling the trip and asking me to cancel it. As i was in a rush I had to cancel due to which I had to pay from my pocket wherein I didn't have any fault other than booking a cab.
Next time again i tried to book again the same driver details appeared and he started scolding me saying i had already told wont go why are you calling and booking again. Does he not know, booking a driver is not in my hand rather it is a fault from your app.
This is not the first time i had experienced this. I have a few questions here
1. Do the driver and you understand the emergency of booking a CAB early in the morning for catching train flights etc.
2. If drivers are not to drop in the expected location, why do they accept?
3. If driver is cancelling a trip, why do you charge the money from the customer
4. If one driver is rejecting why the same drivers name pops up again for the next trip. Is its a new way to charge the free fund money.
Because of your stupid service three old people had to rush through for catching the train.
Appreciate your response here on what do you think on this . Do you feel customers will be satisfied if this kind of services are provided to them,
