As it was raining heavily in delhi i happened to book an uber app in hurry. Hoping that i would be dropped at my house but the driver left me in the middle somewhere and told me i wont go inside and when i asked him to go in he replied to me saying 'that's not my fault go out in the rain i don't care'. You can even check the gps if you don't believe and when i tried contacting uber no number is reachable and on top of that they don't even have an option to talk to a customer care and they don't even revert in the email. What kinda company is this just trying to loot money from people

I placed an order at Hot king restaurant, Pondicherry using debit card. After that, payment amount is debited from the account, but order gets cancelled by uber eats after waiting for payment longtime.

I received a message from bank that the amount was debited from account.

Please refund my money

There were some amounts unnecessary debited to my pay TM account. Also when my daughter tried to add the add-on card of my credit card, it was not accepted.
Please guide me
