Uber India — worst travelling experience in uber | |||
Hi I boarded the uberpool at 5:31pm from logix cyber park today it showed me the fare @99 and 2 more passengers boarded it but at the time of drop of the 2nd customer my drop location was changed from rajnagar extension to kavi nagar ghaziabad and the total fare charges were 246 which is quite unjust as if i had to pay ₹ 246 i would have taken a single cab what's the point of boarding in uberpool the driver made me talk to the person in driver support customer care he was too rude and didn't even solved the issue instead disconnected the call stating to the driver that he had to take the entire sum from me. We usually take 45 mins to reach from my pick up to the drop but the second rider in the pools destination was totally out of the way and we took 1 he 20 mins to reach our destination. It's was not only out of the way but also very shady. Please compensate for the time we wasted or adjust it in my next ride
