Complaint marked as Resolved i suffered a lot with Uber ride, I am very very disappointed, distressed with ride. As you can have all the track record of the customer who take ride. Today's morning 14th march 2017 took cab from Pune Airpot at 5.15 AM. i had meeting at 10 am in office at banshankri 2nd phase. After reaching the banglore airpot i booked cab . After Booked Driver picked me after 20 mins. after discussion with driver that he told me that he called me 3 times, and then transfer to uber, But I did not receive any from Driver side. one thing i have mentioned that when i checked estimated time to reach my destination it was 42 km from my pick up point and 631 rs rent. after ride in cab I said to driver to start Air Condition then he said there is some problem in cab so could not start A.C. i said OK. after 10 km he said the to to repair a car for 10 min, and on the way of route. so need 10 mins to stop there. and after repair the cab he can start the AC. so i said OK.. and Iam New in Banglore so i was not aware which route is correct. so was driving approx 50km and spend 2.30 hrs, then i asked how much time it take to reach my destination, he said 15 km far. after that reaching the garage which in SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA. that is approx 55-60km ride and spend 3 hours in cab, he said, To repair a car it will take more 1-2 hour, so you can cancel the ride and take a new cab. and my charges applied 855rs for this ride. may i know the reason how quality driver you hoired, i booked a cab banglore airpot to banshankri, and he dropped me SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA. area. i refused to driver that directly go the destination place. no need to repair after that he dropped me wrong place . Bloody driver he was. and it was totally village area. after that that i canceled the ride install OLA cab then i came to office. from SEEGEHALLI MAIN ROAD, BASAVANAPURA to Banshankri office it took another 2 hours. and charged 600 rs again. Who is the responsible for this lose, my meeting lose and spend money and all.
Can you please look into it asap or escalate to hire management.
Surly i will go hire management and will take legal action.

Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No tolls are there, No parking fee is there in these cases also surcharge it getting added.
Please explain me the exact reason for this?
