Uber India — wrongly levied cancellation charges

I booked uber pool from vaishali metro ghaziabad to e block shastri nagar at about 7.15 pm on 21.3.18. It was showing 4 minutes arrival for vehicle. After several minutes finally when it displayed 1 minute arrival, i got the message that vehicle has arrived and immediately after few seconds the message came that your trip is cancelled. During this period, there was no call from the driver. I therefore again booked the pool cab. I was shocked to know on reaching the destination that trip cost 141/- in place of 99/-. Later on from the mail, i came to know that cancellation charges of 42/- has been added in the trip. Uber has wrongly charged this amount from me as the trip was not cancelled by me. It was cancelled by uber for the reasons unknown to me. How it is possible that within few seconds of cab arriving, the trip is cancelled on my account without even a call from driver to locate me at such a crowded place. The company may be asked to remove this wrong debit in my account and start dealing with customers in fair manner and not unnecessary levy such charges without going into details.
