Uber — Uber banned my account

Hi, I have created UBER account with the below credentials and never used it.Once I had booked the Innova cab for my family (5 members), but driver denied to board the cab(Innova) for the reason being 5 members.I felt embaressed and cancelled the cab for which UBER charged me 150 rupees.I have raised complaint and they have refunded the money back to my account. Also I have referred Five of my friends to use UBER cabs, in return UBER credited 5 free rides in my account. Today, UBER banned my account without any communication. I have emailed customer support asking for the reason.In response, I got an email asking to pay outstanding balance.I have replied them asking for the details of outstanding balance but they never responded to me.Currently im not able to login to UBER application and use my free rides.
