Uber has been threatening with emails to deactivate my uber account so that i will no longer be able to avail their services.
Uber has no right to threaten customers with deactivation as a retaliatory measures for protesting against poor service.
Very often the drivers are i'll behaved, do not provide service expected.
Nobody who provides public service can penalize customers for their opinion.
They have extremely poor service and exorbitant rates. But the customer in times of emergency still utilize this service. Was this information helpful? |
