Uber — unnecessary charging and not taking complaints

I booked a cab for me and my mother yesterday (11th of July 2018). The cab driver told me that he is coming and is on his way. We waited for about 15 minutes and suddenly the ride was canceled by the driver. My mother is a heart patient and we were waiting in the middle of the road and finally, the driver canceled it. When I contacted the driver and asked why he canceled the ride he was like it got automatically canceled etc. I told him that I`m gonna file a complaint about your behavior and he was like okay sir "jaroor kariye". I was also charged for the ride though it was not canceled by me. When I contacted uber to take action against the driver as it was the third time, they were just saying that we have reached driver and action will be taken. When I asked them to give a detailed written proof that what action is taken on whom they were like just repeating the same message that we have contacted the driver and taken action.
Please sir/mam take some action against them as this is the third time i have faced this issue please issue any order to atleast control them.
