Uco Bank — amazon refund still not received in bank after 25 days

My name is sachin shetty and my account number is [protected] and the branch is k g road bangalore, and my request is that i have placed an order in amazon and which i returned it on 28-sep-2019 and the refund of 4500 was initiated on 30th of september and the amount is still not received in my account as the bank is saying it didn't come from amazon and the amazon is saying that the refund is already initiated go and contact the branch.. So on conversation of more than 15 times with both these i am asking in this where is my money and please transfer it to my account asap my refund reference id is 0r8ud3tg0000k0obevdf..
