Uco Bank — amount not dispensed by atm and account got debited

I have made transaction of rs 2000 at pnb atm yesterday while amount didn't dispensed from the atm and the same got deducted from my account. Atm id is d4400200 and txn no is 2107 dated 29/12/2018 at time
