My cash was deducted by using atm but transaction got failed. I asked bank manager at base branch narag distt sirmour hp (173024). After 4 days by submitting the complaint application my money didn’t get refunded. I asked the manger about status and he commented sarcastically on my issue and asked me to use atm of other branches and asked me to stop using uco bank!! Is that how you people are suppose to behave in response to a complaint!!! So foolish and pathetic behaviour!!! Was this information helpful? | |
