Uco Bank — credit dispute | |||||
Dear sir/madam This is to bring to your notice, i haven't received the return deposit for the following attached transactions into my account via debit card, dated 21st november, 2017, as a return credit from jabong (For three sweaters from two different order numbers - [protected] and [protected]). They did send me grievance link in the first week of december. But the page wasnt working at least for 15 days. I tried contacting my bank branch : hpmidc, shimla, asking them to track the transaction. They have been highly unresponsive and indifferent towards the dispute raised. I even tried filling your grievance form, however, it seems to have some technical error, as it kept asking to re enter the cache. Please make a note of the transaction arn numbers : 74332747326732557644122 for ₹ 705.6, 74332747326732557589137 for ₹ 705.6, 74332747326732557911141 for ₹ 604.8 Kindly confirm the same transaction at the earliest, and register my compliant as well.
