Uco Bank — I could not get my refund amount yet when I complaint in uco bank customer care | |||
My name is satyabrata senapati and i had ordered mi earphone of rs. Amount (698.50) in amazon on (Purchase Date[protected] and after (Return date[protected] i returned this order due to defect in product. And on[protected] Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference # 2qunw5i40000k2nxfg5w) and told me to fill charge dispute form but uco bank doesn't have such policy. So Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My uco bank account no was [protected]. I lodge a complain but uco bank's customer care close my comlain and could not help me. Also do not check my refund status through refund reference number.
