Uco Bank — Incorrect transaction | |||
I have an a/c in jawahar nagar branch, jaipur. My a/c no. is [protected]. I tried to withdrew rs.2000 from UCO bank's ATM but I failed to do so because of server problem. So i had to withdrew cash from another bank's ATM. But the transaction was failed due to no cash in ATM. But there was an entry in my a/c of debiting rs.2020 (including charges for cash withdrawal from another ATM). the transaction was made on 14th march 2017. I made a complaint in my branch. They sent you a mail twice regarding this matter. But there is no response from your side till the date. I request you to please look into this matter and reimburse the amount of rs.2020 as soon as possible as it is already very much delay. otherwise I have to close my a/c from your bank and appeal in consumer court.
