Uco Bank — money debited from my account while adding to the paytm through debit card but paytm shows transaction failed

My 1500 amount deducted on 20 Feb 2018 while adding to paytm app through debit card but paytm shows transaction failed and money not refunded till now.
Two transactions were placed on 4:10 pm and 4:20 pm of Same amount but one amount o[censored]nsuccessful transaction not refunded. So plzzz refund and credit amount 1500 as soon as possible
