Uco Bank — not refund of balance

Dear sir my account in uco bank madhepura ifsc code is ucba0002292 account no[protected] name saurav kumar. Amazon refund an amount of 104 in my account reference id is[protected]. But amount is not add in my account so please check the reference id in your customer care and please solve my problem i am trying your customer care no since last 4 days but no one attend my call this amount ids is given by amazon.in my account the company says that they refund my balance on 22/06/2018. But your account is not updated by uco bank. By which reason uco bank not updated accounts of customer on time. What is the reason i want to know. Uco bank breakes the customer faith. Please do something for customer and take response of customer. Please take action immediately and please add my money rs104 in my account thanx..
