Uco Bank — online transfer fails every time.

Since last month i am facing problem of online transfer fail. Every time whenever i am transfering through phonepay, gpay or any other app transaction fails and it shows that amount deducted will be refunded and transaction failed. Please sol e my issue my atm is also lost how to get my money. Uco bank is having this problem every time whenever i am transfering money online.
