Cashier rejected my withdrawal request only because there is no photo on pass book.it was my third pass book.when i asked sr.br.man.about it he replied in a very rude dictator type behavior. My complaint is on the point that while conforming customers ID by signature verification/finger at least how they ignore salary account customers.

Today i have visit uco bank dhubri branch to enquery for open a new savings account for my mother in law.There i met a bank person who told me that the account can be opened aftet 10th july17.I want to know the reason for the delay.and the bank person behaviour was worst.He treated with me as that i am a criminal.And ask me some rubbish questions.
