Uco Bank — Refund my 5100 rupees in my account

Myself Ajay verma from distt maharajganj in uttar pradesh . I was adding 5100 rupees in my Paytm wallet on 25 december 2016. my balance lost from my account but money did not add on paytm wallet. because of some technical problem .I am so worry about my money .

I tried to transfers ₹2000 from my account using my debit card to other account.After all process I got message " transaction declined due to network problem" but fund was debited my account and I didn't get it in other account. Please refund my money into my account.
