Uco Bank — refund not initiated in my bank account.

Sir/mam,
I am aditi mishra from bhubaneswar. I have not recieved the refund amount on my orders from amazon and myntra. Although the money has been transferred from their end for which they have shared a bank refrence number/refund reference number but the amount is not reflected at my bank account.
I am sharing with you the details of the transactions with the attached photo for which i have not recieved the refund.
Please make it as soon as possible.
