Uco Bank — Refund not received yet

My account number is [protected]. IFSC is UCBA0001339. I paid Rs 1770 through bhim upi to nbe via sbiepay on 18.07.21. The transaction failed but money got deducted. The transaction id is[protected]. The refund was initiated on 20.08.21. Refund reference number is[protected]. I had lodged complaint in bank but still money has not been refunded. It's already 30 days late. Kindly look into it.
