Uco Bank — regarding refund of my amounts through upi id | |||
I had ordered three products on amazon.in and made the payment through google pay (Tez) from my upi id using my registered savings account in uco bank. Out of the three orders, i cancelled two products of 149₹ and 179₹ respectively. On 10th and 11th of march, amazon.in has already initiated the refund of both the amounts. The refund reference id: #[protected]. But, i am yet to receive the refunds in my bank account. It's been over two weeks now and the bank has also been unable to help me out in this matter. I regret to inform you that I had received SMS alerts informing me of cash withdrawals as per jalpaiguri when i am in alipurduar even though I had not attempted to withdraw cash from any automated teller machines using my debit card
