Uco Bank — transaction failed but money debited from account

My account no. Is [protected]. My upi id at paytm is [protected]@paytm. I had done transaction of rs 10000 on dt.6.2.19 with upi reference id[protected] and again rs.10000 on dt 6.2.19 with upi reference id[protected]. My transaction has failed but 20000 rs. Has deducted. Plz solve my problem and return my money in my account.
