Hello team,

I stay in pune and my account is opened in delhi branch. I have my passbook and i want to get my atm kit so i talked with customer care and they said you can get your atm card from any branch o[censored]co bank across india.
Now the bank employee who sits in pune, yerwada branch they said you can get it from home branch only.
Either customer care is lied to me or bank people.
Please take an necessary action about this.

I am using my UCO ATM card at central bank ATM and I withdrawn Rs.10000 thousand in two time total 20000 but from my account deducted Rs.30000 its mean 10000 extra deducted from my account and I am called to customers care also they suggest to me that I register complaints throug online
