Sir,
I have opened a sb account in the name of smt. Manohar devi (As per account opening form & kyc documents) in uco bank, holiday inn, jaipur branch during the year 2002.

The bank opened account in the name of manohari devi instead of manohar devi. Several times i approached the concerned branch with written request for the said correction but no action taken by the bank.
I request to please look in to the matter and solved my problem accordingly.
