UGC — delay in receiving the login credentials by ugc for registering dibru college

I am a student of dibru college dibrugarh and an awardee of ishan uday scholarship and we are unable to register our college as the login credentials i. E. The id and password are not being received by our college. So i request you to kindly look into the matter so that we get the login credentials at the earliest so that we can avail the benefits as all others student from our city got the benefits for which we all the students of dibru college will be grateful to you.
