UGC — phd fellowship stipend

I hold a UGC MAULANA AZAD National fellowship (with file no.F.40-126(M)/2009(SA-III/MANF) for my Ph.D (with roll no. 905225) in life sciences from Saifia Science College, BarkatUllah University. This is to inform you that I have not received my stipend from Financial Year 2010 to Financial Year 2012. I have been involved in research since 2008 and without fellowship & salary completion of research and expenses have been difficult & affected my expenses badly. Whenever i have tried to contact UGC, with the contact numbers given by financial deptt. in UGC & as on the official website, nobody picks the call or it is engaged. It is very difficult to meet the expenses without stipend...With humble request to you please give me justice. Please look forward in this matter.
