[Resolved] UGVCL — electricity bill payment | |||
Dear sir, My Consumer No. is :[protected]. I want to pay the bill amount for Feb-2018 online but bill details not updated in portal, it shows the details for the bill of Nov-2017. last date for payment is[protected]. I have made the compliant trice online through portal but they ( Mehsana office ) had guided me on my mobile that to the send one email to samir.[protected]@ugvcl.com. Made One call on Tele No. [protected] on[protected] & they advised me to come to the UGVCL office for its rectification. Is it necessary to attend the ugvcl office for any online transactions ?
