UGVCL — I have been charged twice for the same bill of january

I have already paid all the bills. My consumer number is [protected]. I paid october november and december january bills on 7th march through phonepe. I have the screenshots also as proofs but still i have been charged again with the new bill of february march. Kindly refund my money that is waive off the double charges. My email id is d. P. Nobody responds over the phone while trying to log a complaint of interrupted power supply. Even that no is not getting connected and have to try calling them multiple times.
Also there is no prior notice of power interruption is given and cut the power.
How can ugvcl charge service charge? When there is no proper services.
I have ugvcl customer. But my area power supply is regularly 1 week night power supply is off or deem light and I have call the My area geb office but that number is every time continues busy... I request to please permanent problem solution...
