UGVCL — non receipt of acknowledgment of online payment of electricity bill

I have paid UGVCL bill online through Billdesk on 5th June 2019.
The billdesk transaction ID is QSBI[protected].

I have not received acknowedgment of payement from UGVCL The payment is also not reflected in my registered login site o[censored]GVCL.

Since the last date of payement is 10th June 2019 I request immediate action.
