UGVCL — regarding ujala emi rs 150/-

I here with attached photos of electricity bill. I have already two months ago complain of the same your toll free number but no solution regarding ujala emi 150/-. I have not purchase any product o[censored]jala (Ugvcl) but i have shown last two bill ujala emi in bill. And told me your from side yoou have deducted 150/- emi paid your bill then i have done but my new generate bill and also added ujala emi and last emi was also added 150/- but i have no purchased item however i paid?
I hope so you understand my problem and needful help from your side.
