Beware of buying on uixm.com I ordered a realme 2 mobile phone from uixm.com on 29/09/2018, and paid via paytm. Rs. 8490. They answered their customer support phone only once, after the payment, when they updated the order details on their website. However, today is the 10/10/2018, and no phone has been delivered. All calls, emails and chats to uixm.com go unanswered!!! Beware uixm.com its a fraud website don't lose your money on this site!!! I will be shortly filing an fir for online fraud against uixm.com and its parent company star net technologies. If you use paytm for any payment and you get scammed by the merchant, paytm wont help you!!! Stop using paytm and use your credit card instead. Cc companies will help you get refunded in case of fraud by the merchant. Paytm wil not!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
