Ujjain Municipal Corporation — garbage not picked

Sir,
We are habitant of 13 saket nagar freeganj ujjain, garbage van arrives but people in our lane park there four wheelers such that van could not come inside. As a result we have to cross whole lane and throw gaarbage to van... Our neighbours fight with us when we raise objection.. Also the helper in van does not pick garbage we ourselves have to go and throw it.
We pay property tax annually then also we have to face this problem everyday...
Kindly refer to our problem othewise refund our tax amount
