This is a dissatisfied customer
who has bought "Renegade commando carburetor BS4" in the month of November 11, 2018.

1. I have purchased the bike in "square auto / Silicon City UM" sudhama Nagar, Lal Bagh road branch.

One the day of booking the dealer proposed me for a modification which was good and duly agreed by my side and paid all the charges along with the cost of my bike in CASH .

2. On the day of delivery we noticed that the condition of vehicle painting was not good at some of the panels and some of the trims (headlamp cover, Radiator should)were loosely fitted. When checked the executive replied that they would replace the parts .my question is how did the bike come out to deliver with such issues and dealers tells me that we will replace the parts after we notice. This was the first set back.

3.The very next day after driving 10 kms we noticed that there was some unusual noise we came back and informed the dealer about the same the rear Tyre was not aligned properly which was offset and the chain gaurd made a noise the bike was handed over the next day. My question is same as first - disappointment 2

4. After that 02 days bike was left idle as I have been out of station on the third day when we tried to start, battery drained, after several attempt we managed to start the bike and bought back to dealer the dealer informed battery defective and replaced under warranty. 5. if I remember my bike was do delivered after 02 - 03 days after battery replacement, After driving for 30 km post this the rear drum back issue was there and again the process follows get to workshop wait and, 02 days later the same was replaced in consent with Mr. Malikarjun & David Boon and delivered.

6. The bike was given back to me after 10 days and Again after driving for 30 km bike dint start and now from 45 days the bike is in UM Service center sudhama Nagar, Lal Bagh branch.

7. Initially Your service team informed us that there is stater motor issue and later a info was passed that some engineers would report for detailed analysis are coming form Delhi and rectify the issue. Till date they have not been able to solve the issue / deliver the bike. Mr. Malikarjun & Mr. David boon are saying the parts has to be replaced / some parts are still yet to receive form UM company to the dealer.

8. My issue are very clear that The Vehicle is not starting and getting over heated and gear tap doesn't work.

10. I have invested 2.6 lac not for you people to do R&D and waste my time and money following up for solving the problem and get the bike. the bike has been driven hardly 1000 KM out of which 70% of the KM is covered just to visit your service center

11. Your service team is saying they have to replace the parts of "a. problem in starter kit, b. problem with clutch, c. problem in gear, d. problem with battery, e. problem with gear"

12. I have booked new bike and with in 15 KM all the problems started. I did this bike booking for my riding passion not for your company R&D,

Our demands are very clear Either Replace the complete engine assembly with a new one as I am not interested to drive a bike for which the major repairs are carried out. I don't want a bike which has so many problems are part being replaced.

Or I have paid and ordered for new bike replacement of complete to new bike"

i[censored]M is not able to do such Reimburse my complete payment made i have paid for booking the bike and retain your esteemed product for your so called product research and development.

13. Every time i have been wrong committed that the vehicle will be ready and in good conduction you team has failed to deliver the satisfaction. the time lines are not met as per commitment by both dealer and your company counterpart Mallikarjun

14. I would need a detailed mail over the resolution to be given on the case .and until my requirements are met I am not going to take delivery of the bike

Again I am clearly qouteing that I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THE DELIVERY OF MY BIKE WITH REPAIRED PARTS . I REQUIRE A REPLACEMENT OF BIKE OR ENGINE ASSEMBLY.

I have ever had this kind of worst experience in life time with any other brand as own other brand bikes / vehicle. I have purchased the bike for my driving passion and out of 5 months the bike is in your service center for almost more than 4 months. Put yourselves in my position and analyze if you can accept such kind of faulty machine. who will be responsible if something happens on the road while driving such faulty bike ? are you people gone answer all this.
