Order #[protected] my order i'd. This order was paid online on the 22nd of jan. Today is the 15th of feb and i haven't got my order yet. The online chat which is available at times gives silly excuses and the customer service is disappointing. They do not reply to emails. It seems it is a fraud company who takes money online and does not deliver on their promises.
