Bought a perfume from unboxed... Got a leaking bottle and after numerous mails owner said to send back which i did via speed post. The same was confirmed delivered and its now 4 days where the owner has once again disappeared. They totally disregard mails and i[censored] do submit a testimonial the same will never appear as they only put up whats suits them.. I am still amazed as to how they feel they can get away with this kind of business.. Send defective products.. Have them returned and then dont refund or reply... Awesome service!! I had ordered armaf perfumes sample pack for women but got different perfume samples than what is mentioned on the website. i tried to contact them but got no response. Disappointed by their customer service.

Please be aware they r selling fake stuff.. The bottle i got .. the main metal label just fell off.. never in my history o[censored]sing TOM FORD has this happened.. Learnt my lesson... Please be AWARE !!!
