Dear Sir/Maam,
I had ordered two perfumes online from this site on 04 November 2018.I have not got the product delivery till date. Inspite of regular mails and reminders to the company, there has been no response from their side on either processing a refund or delivering the product.
no ethics or commitments!!!
no email responses no call pick up.

2. Order ID: 6795132, 5th Avenue Royale for Elizabeth Arden for Women *Tester* *125ml* Date Added: 03/11/2018 amount charged Rs 1999/- they have delivered 75 ml in place of 125 ml, and have not processed a replacement till date.
3. All this is making me wonder about their reliability and genuineness.

I had purchased perfume (from Unboxed.in - order id[protected], worth - 5450),
i used the perfume and the smell lasted for not more then 30 minutes.
I fail to understand how such companies are allowed to carry business even they are selling fake perfumes online openly.
